New members will have to sign-up on the website and fill up Client Styling Intake Form as pre-prep to create the perfect looks for you. Your stylist will pre-work on your styles and looks based on the form. Client Styling Intake Form is a self assessment objective type form comprising your face shape, body-shape, your clothing and brand preferences, styling occasions, etc. Information submitted by you will be kept confidential. Kindly make sure to fill the form as essential part of pre-work for our fashion stylists. 48 hours prior to appointment.
The client understands that while availing online styling services ; the style looks discussed are based on the information shared through Client Styling Intake Form . The Stylist tries to the best of their expertise and experience to modify/add the looks during virtual appointment and post the final looks to your Ecloset.
All service packages are non-cancellable, but can be rescheduled within a period of 6 months. If you anticipate that you will not be available for the date of appointment, you can reschedule your appointments with the stylist.
The Client is understood to be over the age of 18 . The owner of the website reserves the right to check that the client
meets the necessary requirements if not, to refrain from providing the service.
Reasonable care is taken, in so far as it is in
our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In
the absence of negligence on our part the owner cannot be held liable for any
